Structure of Abkhazian Cabinet approved
The President has signed an Executive Order approving the structure of the Cabinet of the Republic of Abkhazia.
In accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Abkhazia and the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Abkhazia ‘On the Cabinet (Government) of the Republic of Abkhazia’:
1. To approve the following structure of the Cabinet of the Republic of Abkhazia:
1) Prime Minister of the Republic of Abkhazia
2) First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Abkhazia
3) Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Abkhazia
4) Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Abkhazia
Ministries of the Republic of Abkhazia
1) Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia
2) Ministry of Health Care of the Republic of Abkhazia
3) Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia

4) The State Committee on Ecology and Environmental Management of the Republic of Abkhazia into the State Committee on Ecology and Nature Preservation of the Republic of Abkhazia
5) The State Department on Land Use and Land Management of the Republic of Abkhazia into State Department on Land Use and Survey of the Republic of Abkhazia
3. To reorganize:
1) The Ministry of Taxes and Fees of the Republic of Abkhazia into the State Tax Department of the Republic of Abkhazia

4) ‘Abkhazenergonadzor’ State Department and the Department on State Technical Supervision of the Republic of Abkhazia by accession to the State Committee on Standards, Consumer and Technical Supervision of the Republic of Abkhazia
5) The State Department of Transport of the Republic of Abkhazia into the Ministry of Energy, Transport and Communications of the Republic of Abkhazia
6) The State Department on Standards, Metrology and Certification of the Republic of Abkhazia into the State Committee on Standards, Consumer and Technical Supervision of the Republic of Abkhazia
7) the State Department on Protection of Historical and Cultural Heritage of the Republic of Abkhazia by accession to the Ministry of Culture and Protection of Historical and Cultural Heritage of the Republic of Abkhazia
8) the State Department on Geology, Geodesy and Cartography by accession to the State Department of Land Use and Survey of the Republic of Abkhazia thus transferring the functions of state regulation in the sphere of geology to the State Committee on Ecology and Nature Preservation of the Republic of Abkhazia
4. To remove the Veterinary Service of the Republic of Abkhazia and the State Inspectorate on Plant Quarantine of the Republic of Abkhazia from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Abkhazia.
5. To establish that the reorganized national central bodies of government the Republic of Abkhazia continue to carry out their functions until the organizational actions specified in article 3 of this Executive Order are complete.
6. To recognize as invalidated the Executive Order of the President of the Republic of Abkhazia ‘On the approval of structure of the Cabinet of the Republic of Abkhazia’ of October 10, 2011, No. 270 (with amendments of March 5, 2012, No. 21; March 19, 2012, No. 28; July 21, 2014, No. 119).
