SUKHUM / AQW'A  ― According to Turkey's Federation of Caucasian Associations (KAFFED), The Human Rights Center of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, along with representatives of non-governmental organisations and intellectuals, called upon the authorities of the Russian Federation to provide aid to their compatriots living in Turkey and Syria who have been affected by the earthquake.
