Apsny, red semi-sweet

Description

Apsny - «The country of the soul» [according to folk-etymology] — thus do the Abkhazian people call their motherland. Wine-makers themselves consider that, if a person wants to understand the symbol of Abkhazian feasting, he should drink "Apsny". The harvesting for "Apsny" begins in the fourth week of October when the berries have reached the necessary sugar content.
