The Abkhazian Drama Theatre named after Samson Chanba staged the premiere of "The Little Prince". 

The fairy tale-parable of Antoine de Saint-Exupery "The Little Prince" is loved by readers of all ages, because, as the author wrote, "all adults were children at first, only few of them remember this."

SUKHUM / AQW'A -- The event is dedicated to the heroes who died during the offensive operation to liberate Sukhum on 15-16 March 1993.

The State Chamber Orchestra of Abkhazia’s memorial concert "Eternal memory to the heroes of Apsny" will be held in the foyer of the Abkhazian State Drama Theatre named after Samson Chanba on 15 March. This was reported on the website of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic.

AKW'A / SUKHUM -- Valeria Adleiba recorded specially for the "Apsny" festival (organised by Moscow’s Abkhazian diaspora) a song in the Abkhaz language "Сыҟоуп уааигәара" (I am beside you), the singer herself told Sputnik.

“This is already the second year of my participation in the Apsny festival. Last year I went to Moscow and performed there, and now, due to the pandemic, we decided to do it on-line, and I recorded a surprise song for the audience,” Adleiba said.

The Abkhazian State Drama-theatre Named after S. Chanba will take part in the international festival of drama-theatres "South Stage-100" in the city of Nalchik, which will take place from 3 to 7 December.

SUKHUM -- ‘The tenth festival of the folklore vocal ensembles of Abkhazia, "Raida", will be held on 9 October at the State Philharmonic Hall,’ Nuri Kvarchia, the Head of the Republican Centre for Folk Art named after Kortua, said.
