SUKHUM -- Today, President Raul Khajimba signed decrees appointing the Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Justice, Emergency Situations, and Finance.

Viacheslav Chirikba is appointed Republic of Abkhazia minister of foreign affairs.

Lev Kvitsiniya is appointed Emergency Situations Minister.

Amra Kvarandziya is appointed Finance Minister.

Marina Piliya is appointed Justice Minister.
