CEC officials also addressed the closure of the polling station in Türkiye, stating:

"There was a third polling station in Türkiye, but we had to close it as Turkish authorities prevented our citizens from expressing their will in the elections. We once again thank the Russian Federation for allowing us to conduct democratic elections in a lawful manner on its territory."

Additionally, 1,730 people voted using a special certificate issued by the CEC, while 1,380 voters chose the 'Against All' option.

Dmitry Marshan confirmed that the 'Against All' option will remain on the ballot in the second round:

"The rules remain unchanged. The candidate who secures first place must not only defeat their opponent in the second round but also receive more votes than the total number cast 'Against All.' In other words, they must secure 50% +1 of the valid votes to win."
