The State off-budget fund of disabled of the 1992-93 war, restores the Council of the fund

SUKHUM -- December 26 in the state off-budget fund of the disabled of the War of Abkhazia in 1992-1993 will held a meeting of the Board of the Fund, which will be engaged in coordination activities.

At a meeting of the Board of the Fund will approve the budget for 2015, in particular, it is planned to add a new article "social assistance to disabled veterans" and increase aid to receive medical treatment in hospitals for disabled from five thousand to ten. It is also planned to make a quarterly meeting of the Board of the Fund.

The Board of the Fund consists of a chairman Badri Agrba and his deputies, chairman of the Association of Persons with Disabilities of the regions of Abkhazia, RA Deputy Defense Minister Beslan Tsvizhba, Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security Suren Kerselyan, Deputy Finance Minister Irma Amichba, Minister of Health Andzor Goov, as well as members of the Republican public organization of veterans of the War of Abkhazia in 1992-1993 "Aruaaa" and political party "Amtsakhara".

The fund since 2011 engaged in activities related to the treatment and rehabilitation of disabled of the War of Abkhazia in 1992-1993 in the specialized agencies and organizations of resort, treatment and prosthetics, the acquisition of expensive medicines, special equipment and equipment for the disabled, help in providing dental services. For 2014 with the direct participation of the Fund of about 600 people with disabilities were provided medical services worth more than 20 million rubles. To date, the Fund recorded more than two thousand people with disabilities.
