Juris Gulbis, Ambassador of Abkhazia to the Asia-Pacific Region congratulated Vacit Kadıoğlu on his appointment as President of the Federation of the Caucasian Associations of Turkey .

In his letter Mr Gulbis conveyed  most sincere congratulations and confidence that Federation of the Caucasian Associations will continue to prosper; maintaining the bridge between the communities and historic motherland. Ambassador also expressed hope that the link between communities in Turkey and the communities in the Asia-Pacific region will continue to strengthen.
