SUKHUM -- In his congratulation Valeriy Bganba expressed confidence that the political experience and high credibility of Ashot Gulian will continue to contribute to its effective work on important government posts.
Addressing to the President of the National Assembly of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Parliament of Abkhazia congratulated all members of the National Assembly of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic of VI convocation on taking the oath of Deputies and the beginning of the legislative work.
In his letter, Valery Bganba stressed that the Republic of Abkhazia attach great importance to the relations of friendship and cooperation with the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic and expressed confidence in further fruitful development.
The leader of the Democratic Party of Artsakh, chairman of the NKR Parliament of the two previous convocations, MP Ashot Ghulyan was overwhelmingly re-elected as President of the National Assembly of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic in the first meeting of the first session of the National Assembly of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic of VI convocation.
Regular elections to the National Assembly of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic on 3 May 2015 were also attended by the representatives of the People's Assembly of the Parliament of the Republic of Abkhazia as international observers .
